Avez-vous essayé d’utiliser [Akismet](https://meta.discourse.org/t/discourse-akismet/109337) ? Il semble que leur solution pourrait vous convenir.

(gratuit pour un usage personnel, pas pour un usage commercial - je ne sais pas comment vous vous classeriez)
