Quick bug report: enabling this broke latex rendering of with Discourse Math .

To reproduce:

  • create topic with latex markdown (without blog category configured)
  • notice proper rendering
  • configure blog category
  • notice latex no longer renders properly

What version of Discourse are you using?
I think the migration depends on
https://github.com/discourse/discourse/pull/38816

I wonder if there is a problem with the compatibility branches that are automatically created to prevent the theme from updating to a recent version that isn’t compatible with your Discourse version.

You’re on ESR 2026.1.4 which indeed predates that change.
Let me know if you want to be updated to 2026.5.0.
