On the left side, after “Blog Archive” you can find an example of Blogroll.

Ah, i understand now. What you want is a list of links on the side. For that i guess you can use a plugin such as [Layouts Plugin](https://meta.discourse.org/t/custom-layouts-plugin/55208). (maybe there are others better at this, but this is the one search showed me first)
