Hey team.

Wonderful forum and always has been helpful to me 🙂

I am just wondering if I can see the bounce rate of users, and how long they spend on the site?

Or will I have to implement GA in some way?

Whatever is available on the admin dashboard and the reports tab. Have you looked there in detail? Beyond that, GA or similar.
