Breaking :pull_hotlinked_images with colons

These images look good now (well the second doesn’t auto-image), but :pull_hotlinked_images will break them:

Any “image” that does not end in an image file extension will result in pain and suffering somewhere down the line.

Agreed, but nevertheless that’s what Twitter is doing for their hosted images.
