업데이트 배너가 위쪽에도 겹쳐서 표시된다는 점도 주목할 만합니다:

`.welcome-banner`의 `z-index`(현재 1)는 최소 3 이상이어야 할 것 같습니다. (주 링크와 메타데이터는 `z-index: 2`를 사용하므로)
