@Yasser_Persia please ask the administrator of the site in question to rebuild the site. I _suspect_ (but I’m not sure) that this site has two color schemes with the same name, and they clash, which means that one of the two color schemes (the dark one) is always selected.

This was an issue in core for a short period of time, but it should be fixed now if the admin of the site rebuilds it.
