Hi there, Went to all the settings, for discourse and for chrome, none of the team members manage to receive notifications from posts but also as important for people sending chats while notifications are enabled. Is there something more to do? Something we missed? We’re now in production and not having notifications is a real nightmare at the moment. Please let me know I can attach screenshots if you need but I’d love for this to be sorted asap. Thank you in advance you beautiful people. ---

Perhaps try to install the forum as a Chrome app? You can click ‘Install’ in the address bar of the forum. I do that for Meta and I receive desktop notifications. If you install the Discourse mobile app, you will also receive push notifications for activity like replies to you. ---

I’m doing that already, doesn’t change anything. The other admin uses the normal browser link, doesn’t receive it too. Mods on Firefox same Mods on Edge same. There must be something, that’s crazy at this point. And I really think I enabled all I had to enable on the settings so at this point I’m clueless. Notifications from posts are a thing but more importantly notifications from chat channels (while turned on) must work ---

Nope, just a mail from time to time. While they are activated on chrome for Discourse. ---

Now it is, so now it’s like how it’s set for my user in my forum. Will see when next person reply here but I suspect I won’t receive a notif, just like on our forum ---
