# Browser Notifications not working

Hi there,

Went to all the settings, for discourse and for chrome, none of the team members manage to receive notifications from posts but also as important for people sending chats while notifications are enabled.

Is there something more to do? Something we missed?  
We’re now in production and not having notifications is a real nightmare at the moment.

Please let me know I can attach screenshots if you need but I’d love for this to be sorted asap. Thank you in advance you beautiful people.
