このプロジェクトの一環として、アクティブな Discourse ユーザーの他のアクティブユーザーとの比較におけるランク（user\_rank）を計算するプラグイン（スケジューリングされたジョブを含む）を作成したいと考えています。user\_rank を計算するには、まず topic\_score、topic\_rank、user\_score を計算し、それらを用いて user\_rank を求める必要があります。各変数については以下で詳しく説明します。
