This was a issue apart of another thread but I figure I would make a separate one since they aren’t the same issue (i think).  
(previous thread: [Attempted to upgrade and I think I messed something up - installation - Discourse Meta](https://meta.discourse.org/t/attempted-to-upgrade-and-i-think-i-messed-something-up/246173/12))

There are a few plugins that look a little out of date. You could try swopping those out and rebuilding.

`https://github.com/paviliondev/discourse-follow.git` is now an official Discourse plugin - `https://github.com/discourse/discourse-follow`

`https://github.com/discourse/discourse-voting.git` has been renamed and is now `https://github.com/discourse/discourse-topic-voting`

And `https://github.com/paviliondev/discourse-tc-topic-list-previews` is a theme component, and shouldn’t be installed in the `app.yml`

I’m not sure why `- mkdir -p plugins` is in the middle of that list? Is that list from your `app.yml`?

Good question, I just moved it up to the top, it was at the middle because when I was adding plugins the ones that required it went after it, i just fixed that and put it at the top but still no luck.

Is there a command for redacted? or do I redact myself.

I’m not sure if a command exists, I generally redact manually.

Checking the Pavilion ratings plugin also shows that has a new repo address too - `https://github.com/paviliondev/discourse-ratings`

But let’s also have a look at your `app.yml` as @itsbhanusharma suggests. 👍

Remove all 3rd Party plugins and try a rebuild.

Commented them all out (except the mkdir and docker) still no luck.

Yes it indeed is the same error.

I have also attempted to uninstall/reinstall docker multiple times to fix this issue

What I see in your errors right now is that postgres is not working as expected. It isn’t obvious where is error is coming from. @JammyDodger any ideas?

I had that assumption too, just have no clue how to work with postgres via discourse.

Its just weird because My issue was resolved from the prior thread, then when I added discourse-reactions and attempted to rebuild I just started getting this. Now nothing works even without plugins added lmao
