I’m afraid it currently doesn’t support a ‘does not include keyword’.

If you have access to the [data explorer](https://meta.discourse.org/t/32566?silent=true) that’s the best way to get that kind of information (and that would support filtering out keywords too, though no delete function as it’s a read-only query 👍)
