Nice suggestion! I [added](https://github.com/discourse/discourse/commit/322ed7124ee96ea6f2f42e737b1aff95e4e7c6e8) a `?` icon (next to Bulk Invite from File button) linking to [bulk invite howto](https://meta.discourse.org/t/sending-bulk-user-invites/16468).
