해결됨, 토픽 투표, 템플릿의 경우, 말씀하신 대로 플러그인 자체는 활성화되어 있습니다. 하지만 해당 기능이 특정 카테고리에 대해 활성화되기 전까지는 아무런 동작을 하지 않습니다.
