I can see it here on meta. 🤔 Do you mean an actual button marked ‘admin’ like desktop or the wrench icon on the right most side of the nav menu?

Yes, I was used to it and usually need quick access to user (admin version of) profile.

On mobile you have to scroll horizontally on the icons in the user profile

Yes, I don’t think this is a bug. There shouldn’t be an actual ‘admin’ button on mobile in the same way as desktop as the wrench icon serves the function instead.
Though I think the #Contribute > UX topic I linked above would be the place to add your thoughts about suggesting a possible change to this layout. 👍
