Hey Nathan, we’ll have some things to share in about a months time. In the meantime you can reach out to me privately on coop.pavilion.tech and I can help you setup events on your forum.

In addition to the DEIP project we’re thinking of reviving the [Events Plugin](https://meta.discourse.org/t/events-plugin/69776) and may use it to address some of the concerns mentioned above.
