If this is not possible can someone guide me on how I can get free VPS to install discourse?
Because I don’t have an initial investment for my site.

You can’t get a forever free VPS that’s reasonable enough to run discourse community however, Digitalocean has a 60 days $100 trial which is enough to get you going for first 2 months:

It’s not a big VPS, but it’s big enough to run a small Discourse site. Some people have had trouble getting their account activated, but after that it works.

I don’t think a host exists that gives away VPSes for free without verifying the users. You’ll probably have to look elsewhere for an answer.
