Can 'Full Screen Composer' button be moved to top-right of 'Composer', not of 'Preview'?

So nobody else is experiencing this? No?

NO body who maximized the ‘Composer’ window with mouse, noted that mouse has to travel to and back extra half a mile, every time maximize and restore is done?
