I don’t know Pendo, but if this is just a javascript snippet that needs to be added, you should be able to add it from your Discourse’s admin panel:
Customize → Themes (or Components, that might be more practical to create a new one if your forum has multiple themes) → Edit CSS/HTML → Head tab.
Let me know if Pendo needs more than this
