Can i change Lets Encrypt to EssentialSSL / Wildcard SLL

There is this topic Advanced Setup Only: Allowing SSL / HTTPS for your Discourse Docker setup. Note that it’s much harder to configure, requires updating the certificate every time it expires and has no advantages.
