是否可以在外部非 Discourse 网站上设置一个“讨论此页面的论坛主题”部分，其中包含指向相关 Discourse 论坛主题的链接？

如果 API 可以接受一个 URL 并返回主题 ID/URL 列表，那就太完美了。
