# 能否自动向拥有特殊徽章的用户发送消息？

我们为用户创建了一个新徽章，并希望在用户获得该徽章时与他们互动，我们认为这样会更有趣。

1. **能否一次性向获得特定徽章的用户发送消息？**

2. **系统能否在用户获得特定徽章时自动向他们发送消息？**  
就像用户获得信任等级 1 时，系统会向他们发送 `badges.basic_user.long_description` 一样。
