기본값은 사용자가 게시글을 수정하고 최종적으로 확정할 수 있도록 시간을 확보하기 위해 알림 이메일을 보내기 전에 10분을 기다리는 것입니다.

관리자는 **이메일 시간 창(분)** 사이트 설정을 통해 이 값을 원하는 값으로 설정할 수 있습니다.
