I know that admins get emails about flags after they sit unanswered for to long. Is it possible to do this with moderators. It could also be possible that our moderators are mentally spam filtering those mails but I do not think so.
@techapj I am not sure who exactly gets these “48 hours and flag wasn’t handled” emails – whether that reminder is admin only or applies to moderators.
Can you verify in the code and let us know here? We could email all moderators.
Any update on this? I would be a nice setting for either the site or for individual moderators to set.
