Can money be the only moderator of a forum?

To me it just doesn’t make sense to have a reward system that isn’t guaranteed and holds too much risk of not working out.

I was thinking about a tip system integrated into Discourse (XMR, real crypto) and a reward system for the top cheered (leaderboard). It needs to be automated through their secure key system and I will get into it soon or later
