これは長年にわたり、全員にメールを送信する優れた方法として使用されてきました。

新しいトピックを非表示の `#quarantine` カテゴリに作成し、指定した日時まで公開をスケジュールします。これにより、数万通のメールが送信されます。

先週、誤ってデフォルトの `#staff` カテゴリ（通常の `#quarantine` カテゴリではありません）にトピックを作成し、本日 `#announcements` に自動公開するように設定しました。公開はされましたが、メールは送信されませんでした。

これは、組み込みの `#staff` カテゴリの権限に関連している可能性があると考え、トピックを `#quarantine` に移動して再度公開するように設定しましたが、それでもメールは送信されませんでした。

何が原因でしょうか？ 🤔
