You can indeed include Solutions in the User Directory. If you click on the Directory wrench you should be able to add it in from there: 
You can also award points for solutions using the Discourse Gamification plugin as well, if you’re looking for extra incentives.

What is the update frequency of that list? Currently I see 1 for my colleague JP, but his profile indicates 5 solutions.
The ‘Today’ one is run hourly, but the other timeframes are done once a day.
