I would really like this. It would help with using staff-notices as a workaround for [Splitting a topic and moving replies to a new topic - #6 by wolftune](https://meta.discourse.org/t/splitting-a-topic-and-moving-replies-to-a-new-topic/30999/6) (issue where there’s inadequate notice that a post was moved)
