Some users cannot reset their passwords because outlook.com has randomly decided to blacklist my mail server, when I try to change their email to a gmail.com email, it says ‘saved’, but the email doesn’t change, and discourse tries to send ANOTHER email to the old outlook.com email, what can I do?
Are these people staff? Staff must confirm both old and new emails. Regular users, we only require the new email to be confirmed.
Perhaps a workaround is to demote them to a regular user, change email, then promote them back to staff.
