Trying to create a new theme returns an error `The requested error could not be found`. Console error:

Sorry, it’s in theme creator. I don’t know about the one in the admin settings though.

I cannot reproduce this in the admin settings. Confirmed to be something related to theme creator.

Thanks @Chaboi_3000, that should be fixed now.

It was only affecting non-admins, which is why none of us noticed. While checking that I also noticed the stylesheets were completely missing for non-admins 🤦‍♂️, so it should look a lot better for everyone now!
