# Cannot create post via email

Hi, as I understand, there is a feature to receive emails from anonymous to create posts, right?

I tried this but got an error. I sent an message to email `support@tmch.icu` but it cannot be processed. Could anyone explain, where is my mistake? I have fully access both for mail server and discourse.

Resolved. This error means that the field `reply by email address` contains something incompatible. In my case: `%{reply_key}@tmch.icu`

Once I cleared that field, the emails began processed in category (sent to `support@tmch.icu`).
