# 无论如何都无法启用私人消息

正在使用 2.9.0.beta11。看起来在 2.9.0.beta10 中，“启用私人消息”设置被更改了。我尝试了强制方法，并将所有组添加到了其中：

五到六个月前，已从回复对话框中移除了发起私信的选项：

我认为这一切都归结于“仅回复给工作人员”或“私人回复”。我记得在论坛上看到过好几次这个请求。

就像有“耳语”一样，主题应该有一些功能允许发帖人回复一个主题，但让这个回复对任何人不可见，而是“私有的”——仅对他和工作人员可见。

这是一种非常常见的情况，大家正在讨论某件事，然后工作人员说“把文件发给我”，而文件中包含敏感信息。私人消息（无论如何创建）会打断工作流程，使主题更难理解，因为有些帖子“在别处”。
