# Cannot hide topic bulk selection checkboxes for new/unread topics

Hello,  
At the moment if you go to `/new` or `/unread` as a user you’ll have the choice to bulk select topics you want to dismiss as seen by image 1.

However, if you select bulk actions and then go back to the homepage the checkboxes are still visible and there isn’t a way for you to hide them again without refreshing the page.
