Alt logo is not a plugin, it is a theme. To install themes follow How do I install a Theme or Theme Component?

Silly me. Thanks for pointing out. By the way, what is the correct way to modify the app.yml for plugins? Should I prefix all git clone commands with “sudo”? Did you see the “permission denied” in the log above? Could you please enlighten me? Thank you very much in advance.
