Is this also related to [Digest/Activity Summary emails not sending for users even though all conditions are met (Discourse 3.6)](https://meta.discourse.org/t/digest-activity-summary-emails-not-sending-for-users-even-though-all-conditions-are-met-discourse-3-6/385651)? I will close this topic and see if you and @Jacob_Peebles can get the help you need there to resolve your issue with sending digests. If I am wrong PM me and I’ll reopen this topic.
