# Can't Create Topic from Email

I have at least 2 users (unknown if more) that can’t create a topic from email. Topic creation form the site is working as expected. One user has a trust level 1 the other is trust level 2. (edit: I can create a new topic via email from an admin account.) Is there something different about topic creation from email that I’m overlooking?

Check the `email in min trust` setting. This is assuming `email in` is also enabled.

The default setting for `in min trust` is 2. I changed it to 1 and am waiting for a user to test it.
The trust level 2 user was having a different problem so this change is likely to be the fix.
