Take a look at this. Are you trying to work with a restricted category which hasn’t got any groups attached to it?

When trying to create a new topic in a specific category, I get a 500 error. It seems to be specific to this category, since I can create a topic without problems in other categories. Investigating lead me to MessageBus::InvalidMessageTarget (MessageBus::InvalidMessageTarget) I tracked it down to lib/models/user_action.rb (line 293).
