Make sure the settings highlighted by Doctor are correctly filled and not empty.
For example: `DISCOURSE_HOSTNAME: mydomain.com` (note separator should be `:` not `=`)

that file was not modified at all … it’s same as it was when things were working ☹

Try with deleting the `'` characters in hostname and developper emails

Why this commenting out the command?

It explains the error output:
