# Can't get external widget Javascript to load

I found this question and thought it for sure would resolve my issue: [Adding JavaScript to a theme in /head not working (UserWay)](https://meta.discourse.org/t/adding-javascript-to-a-theme-in-head-not-working-userway/148799)

Unfortunately, I’ve added my script to the /Head AND have whitelisted `https://cdn.wishpond.net` but my script is still not running ([see the forums](https://forums.pickleballist.com))

This script should be loading a popup bar at the top of the screen, allowing lead capture while we’re making some site renovations.

What should be appearing in our Header…
