Cant install any plugin

Hi all! please help me
Plugins are not installed. Any.
Prompted to see the file. It was filled in different ways (space, copy/paste, anyway), tested in services - file is ok.
Installation passes without errors, but the discourse does not work after ./launcher rebuild app. it must either ./launher start app or restart the VPS.

in which log can I search for an error?

Share the block of config options that include your plugins. If you were copying and pasting, maybe something is off.

The list at /admin/plugins?

You can search your log for the plugin name, it ought to show you what happened when it installed plugins (or if it didn’t).

can anybody help me?

AFAIK discourse-whos-online plugin currently fails to build…

Try some of the positively tested official plugins.
