# 无法从该 IP 地址请求密码更改？

在 `/admin/logs/screened_ip_addresses` 中检查是否存在针对其 IP 的“封禁”条目——他们很可能与之前被禁的垃圾信息发送者共享同一 IP。由于 IP 复用，这种情况可能是意外发生的。
