틀린 말일 수도 있지만, 당신은 Discourse를 베어 머신에 설치한 것 같고, 다음 명령어는

```plaintext
./launcher stop app

```

이는 [launcher](https://github.com/discourse/discourse_docker/blob/master/launcher) 명령어를 사용하는 Docker 컨테이너에서 사용됩니다.

[Docker 설치 가이드](https://meta.discourse.org/t/beginners-guide-to-install-discourse-for-development-using-docker/102009)에 따라 설치하지 않으셨기 때문에 launcher 명령어가 존재하지 않습니다.
