Can't upload file larger more than 10MB

i tried upload .json file(12.MB) in my site, but i can see this message:

Sorry, that file is too big (maximum size is 50000kb). Why not upload your large file to a cloud sharing service, then paste the link?

If your file is actually 20.??? MB, it could be just over the 20.480 maximum. You could try reset the value to 25MB (25600 KB). That would cover any files that are a little over.

Did you make sure you rebuilt the app after editing the app.yml? Seems obvious, but still…
