# Category autocomplete stopped working on our site?

It is called autocomplete it is working here which is running latest so something specific to your site.

Can you try [Safe mode](https://meta.discourse.org/t/53504?silent=true)? [Using Safe Mode to troubleshoot issues with themes and plugins](https://meta.discourse.org/t/how-to-use-discourse-safe-mode/53504)

If that fails, uninstall all 3rd party plugins and try again.
