# Category banner visible

We’ve created multiple categories with multi-level nesting and assigned a banner image to each. While the category banner appears correctly in some cases, in others it fails to display as expected.

We also explored related threads suggesting the use of the Pin/Unpin option, but that solution didn’t resolve the issue.

Also we find some difference in behaviour for few categories where category banner is seen for logged -in user and not for guest user who hasn’t logged in. Unable to understand the behaviour of Category banner and what configuraton changes to make visible/non-visible
