# Category Moderators-Canned Reply Issue with Flags

Hello!

I am a Category Mod on one of the Discourse Forums (Microsoft Flight Simulator Forums) and have an issue where when I handle a flag.

If a post is flagged as ‘Something Else’ and I respond to the PM, then later agree/disagree/ignore, It still sends the canned message of "Thanks for letting us know. [We agree there is an issue and] we’re looking into it.

Any input would be great! Thanks
