# 类别对所有人开放后仍保持静音状态

你好，支持团队：

我们有一个名为“抢先预览”的类别，仅限特定客户访问。这些客户拥有自己的群组，因此可以查看该类别。

由于“抢先预览”已趋于成熟，我们已移除了群组要求，并将查看该类别的权限更改为“所有人可查看/回复”，仅管理员可创建内容。

然而，用户似乎仍将该类别在偏好设置中设置为“已静音”。

请问如何查看所有当前将该类别设为静音的用户，以及如何为他们取消静音？
