This bug, as explained in the title, allows the category section to be moved out of place.
###Steps to reproduce:
- Scroll down to the bottom of the category section.
- Continue scrolling down on the category section.
You should have the category section scroll up the page as you continue scrolling down.
This is a relatively simple bug, and hopefully is pretty simple to fix.
