# Category stats

Hi, I’ve read through the posts in this category and didn’t find what I was looking for, so I hope someone can help me.

I was hoping to create a [data explorer](https://meta.discourse.org/t/32566?silent=true) query that sums the stats by a category or sub-category over a specific time period.

The stats I’m hoping to pull out are a total of:

- Number of posts
- Number of replies
- Number of views
- Number of reactions

Thanks for any advice on how to achieve this!
