# Central theme is broken

I normally use the Default theme but I wanted to get some inspiration so I switched to Central using the theme selector in the bottom left. That broke Meta for me. I had to go to [safe mode](https://meta.discourse.org/t/53504?silent=true) and through my preferences to get things back to a working state. I also tried anonymous (logged out) and I tried both Firefox and Chrome - all broken.
